Robert Lauer

One of the founding members of the firm, Mr. Lauer is educated in both accounting and law, and holds an advanced degree in federal taxation. He has been a practicing CPA since 1973. He specializes in tax planning, tax representation, and litigation support services.     > more info

Karen Georgatos

A practicing CPA since 1977, Ms. Georgatos co-founded the firm in 1985. She has extensive expertise in the areas of complex business tax issues and the real estate development industry.     > more info

Karen Covel

Ms. Covel joined the firm after serving as a senior associate at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. A CPA with over two decades of experience, Ms. Covel works with a diverse group of individual and corporate clients, as well as private foundations.     > more info

Aron Feiles

In additional to other areas of expertise, Mr. Feiles is well versed in the financial aspects of operating a small business, having spent years performing each task involved, from the preparation of various types of tax returns and financial statements to managing bookkeeping departments.     > more info

Mr. Devine graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He specializes in providing tax consulting and compliance services to high net-worth individuals and their businesses, as well as trusts, foundations and estates.     > more info
